    First class feels intimidating. Everyone knows more than you. We pair you with experienced students who remember being exactly where you are.

    Month 1

    You Learn To Breathe

    You stop panicking when someone is on top of you. You learn three escapes. You realize your body is stronger than you thought.

  3. 03

    Month 3

    You Stop Thinking So Hard

    Movements start to feel natural. You roll with people without planning every move. You catch someone in a position you learned last week.

    Month 6

    You Belong Here

    You're not the newest anymore. You help white belts. You hold your own with blue belts. You see what's possible.
